About Jim Hurtado
Jim Hurtado is a real estate, facilities, construction, and capital projects executive with more than 30 years of experience leading complex programs for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, developers, and private organizations.
Throughout his career, Jim has led multimillion-dollar capital programs totaling more than 20 million square feet of facilities and real estate projects, corporate relocations, workplace transformations, mergers and acquisitions integration, lease negotiations, site selection initiatives, and design-build developments.
His experience spans commercial real estate, financial services, healthcare, technology infrastructure, mixed-use developments, and high-end residential construction.
